In the fall of 2023, John, Sharon, and their five children began with a few chickens and quail on their farm outside Lethbridge. Their love for all things feathered quickly blossomed.
Today, Craft Quality Poultry primarily serves Alberta’s wholesale fresh quail egg market and the quail, chicken, and duck balut market across Canada—still family-owned, still grounded in ethical care.
